This Week’s Fave: Go Easy! Protein Shake

This has made breakfast so easy for me, and makes for an awesome post-workout snack. I put a little crushed ice, a scoop of the Fiber Booster, 2 scoops of the Protein Shake – Chocolate, some strawberries (or a banana), and almond milk in one of my Magic Bullet blender cups and blend it for a few seconds. You can also just use powder and some almond milk or water and shake it up with this nifty shaker cup any time you want a snack. YUM! You really won’t believe how friggin’ delicious this thing is. You can add more ice to make it thicker and it’s like a milk shake, but without all those calories!
It’s incredibly creamier than other protein shake mixes and doesn’t taste like dirt, like the many I have tried before. All the ingredients are natural and good for you, and helps to suppress your appetite, build lean muscle, and stay healthy!
